I've just finished watching Julie and Julia. I love watching movies based on real events. I find them inspiring. But I always feel a void right after watching something like this. Why can't I find something as fulfilling to do like Julie and Julia did? I feel a lot like Julie did at the beginning of the movie when she's sitting with her "cob salad friends".

My most recent job was as an assistant store manager at one of the telecommunication companies. I went on maternity leave with expectations of returning. I had the baby and my expectations changed with the responsibility.
After much deliberation, I decided to child-lead wean my child. Which meant that when my maternity leave was over, I wasn't able to go back. I tried to extend my leave unsuccessfully. So I quit.
